Patty Perez is a top producing Real Estate agent in Central Florida whose main goal is to help families realize the American dream of owning a home.

She currently holds an MBA in Finances from the University of San Buenaventura and has been a full-time Realtor since early 2005. In the last 15 years. Patty has been able to help over 500 families make the American dream come true. And her biggest desire is to continue doing the same for many, many, years to come.

Prior to joining the residential side of the business, Patty helped numerous clients with Commercial Sales, REO properties, short sales, and foreclosures, which forged a very vast and extensive career in the Real Estate field for her. As you can guess it, her experience plays a major role in every transaction she’s in, because her superior understanding of every angle of the deal easily turns into spotting the best options for her clients.

Since the early stages of her career (2003 – 2010) Patty was considered a top producer in the industry. First with Exit Realty, Corp. where her major highlights were ranking ‘Top Agent’ every year from 2005 through 2010. Then from 2011 to 2013 shining bright with Investor Real Estate, and currently competing among the best for the top rankings at Charles Rutenberg Realty.
Her biggest career accomplishment was making the ‘Top Producer Club’ with ORRA (Orlando Regional Real Estate Association) this past 2017, but she’s looking to top it off in 2018!
